#Road2Reading Challenge: Early Readers to Check Out & Share

Recently, I read a stack of new early readers that came out in the past couple of months. Here were some of the ones that jumped out of the stack.

Pass the Ball, Mo! by David A. Adler; Illustrated by Sam Ricks (Penguin Young Readers, January 2018)

Don't Throw It to Mo! won a Geisel Award in 2016. This is the third book in the series and I think I love Mo more and more with each book that comes out.

Please, No More Nuts! by Jonathan Fenske (Penguin Young Readers, January 2018)

The hysterical friends from We Need More Nuts! are back with more fun and surprises.

Fish Are Not Afraid of Doctors by J.E. Morris (Penguin Young Readers, April 2018)

Jennifer Morris has written a number of picture books and early readers that have entertained young readers but I think I like Maud the Koala the best. A fun read about going to the doctor.

Much Too Much Birthday by J.E. Morris (Penguin Young Readers, April 2018)

Lucky readers get two Maud books. The second book looks at the emotions behind birthday parties. Yes, they can be fun but they can also be stressful.

Look for all of these at your local indie bookstores or community library.
